H - 1 B VISA - KEY BILL REINTRODUCED IN US CONGRESS

H - 1 B VISA allowes skilled personsfrom the countries like China, India to fill High Tech jobs. The bill backing key changes in H-1 B programme was re - introduced by two law makers Dorrel Issa and Scott Peeters .These two members represents California and belongs to Repbli
                                                The Bill is intended to  increase the minimum salary of H-1B visa to $100,000 per annum ane eliminate the Master Degree exemption.The key changes that proposed is 'Protect and Grow American Jobs Act' that makes important changes to the eligibility requirements for H-1B Visa exemptions.


                                                 The legislation, the envisaged will help crackdown  on abuse and ensure the the jobs remains available for the best and brightest        talent from acrooss the globe. They said that this bill will cut the profit incentives in H1 - B visas.

                                                 The President elect Donald Trumph has alredy told that he would not allow Americans would be replaced by foeeign workers. Trump's comments would setback for indians, who mostly working in US on H-1 B displacing Americans.On immigration Trump told that we will build the wall along with Mexico border.
